“Worst experience ever in my 50 years of hiring a plumber. Had a hot water tank replaced. Terry quoted me $2100. I had another quote for $1600. When I asked why so much, Terry told me they replace all the plumbing so that I won't have any problems in the future. That is what I wanted so I hired them, but they did not replace all the plumbing, only the supply line. They left me with a bad pressure regulator (PR). When they came out to replace the bad PR, they charged me another $476 to replace a $50 part that was supposed to be replaced with the tank installation. When I asked Terry about that, he said that is a separate job and not part of replacing a hot water tank. PRs have the same life expectancy (8-12 years) as a hot water tank and should have been replaced with the hot water tank as a part of "all" plumbing and to do the complete job. The PR was included when I had the previous tank replace 12 years ago another company. BEWARE, THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND DON'T DO WHAT THEY PROMISE. IF YOU USE THEM, GET IN WRITING WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO BEFORE THEY START.”
