“The tech was on time and looked very professional , was very curtious and kind and explained everything that was needed and what needed to be done in a very profesional manner . He gave tons of options and was very resionable with pricing . Very satisfied with my experiance with hers and his plumbing and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward in future if i could leave a 6 star rating i would but 5 stars all the way .”

“Dakota Spratlin, the technician who came to my home today, delivered outstanding service. He was punctual, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Not only did he repair the water leak quickly and effectively, but he also took the time to explain basic plumbing information to me in a way that was easy to understand. He engaged positively with my daughter and even managed to work easily and effectively despite the attention from my dog—no small accomplishment! (I have never had any technician, repair person, etc. deal with my dog so effortlessly!) Despite the visit being near the end of Dakota’s workday, he remained patient, kind, and attentive. His professionalism and personable nature made the experience exceptional, and I would gladly recommend him to everyone in need of plumbing services.”
“I had an appointment at 10 o’clock. They never showed up. They never called. I had to call and then they basically showed up and then they knocked on the door and nobody was home so they left and prior to all this. I had multiple conversations with American water, who is my service contract with who hired his and her plumbing, so I spoke to his and her plumbing went through all the information required for them to do the work And it turns out they missed the appointment. They didn’t follow up to confirm the new appointment and then when they said they were gonna show up they did and then they left and then when you speak to customer service, they are just absolutely clueless and rude. One customer service person Hung Up On Me then I had to call again and that person really wasn’t helpful. The company is too big for sure. An American water only has one provider and that’s this company and they’re like the government you know when Biden was in charge Anyway that’s it. These guys suck.”
“With our new home built we had our soaker tub disconnected/reconnected w a shut off water valve installed in our crawl space as a water flow problem preventative solution
William did a great job, came on time as scheduled & was very personable.
The team at His & Hers are licensed plumbers & we would definitely use William again w any/all plumbing needs looking ahead!
