“0 stars if there was an option. Honestly, the worst experience with this company… did not show up as scheduled then when they did they didn’t bother to ring the doorbell after I had taken off all day from work and was sitting at the house.
They claimed they showed up and had pictures of my front door but why didn’t they ring the doorbell!!!
I rescheduled and they never showed up again!! Claimed I had an appointment for two days later… after I took off from work again!
When I called, customer relations told me I was a liar and they had pictures to prove I was lying. Who treats a customer like that?”

“I want everyone to know how wonderful the Charlotte branch is. After almost waiting 1 month to get a water line repaired in my yard these guys came out once and fixed it within an hour. Tina and Brad are heaven sent. If I ever need a plumber they are the ones to call. Words just can't explain how I feel after working with them. Yall are the best.”

“Tried to upsell us stating we have subfloor water damage and needed to replace the floor. Had a third party come to confirm this was not the case the wax ring on the toilet just needed to be repaired. Toilet leaked and still leaks after they left. Have tried to get the repair report from them for over 30 days. You will be on hold for hours and still never get anything. STAY AWAY!”

“This review is going to seem a bit bipolar as I was very happy with the technician, Jonathan, but, after having no hot water for three days, was very disappointed with the actual service. The appointment said 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on the website, was advised to be between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the phone but resulted in an actual arrival time of 6 p.m. The technician, again very polite and courteous, seemed a little bit out of his depth and needed to refer to another technician. He did flush the heater and remove a lot of sediment but that did not resolve the issue.
The result of the service was that the issue is still not resolved and Jonathan will be calling State Water Heaters this morning to consult with them. If he had been here, on-site during the working day he could have contacted State during normal working hours and a) arrived at a repair solution or potentially b) got repair parts on their way which will now necessitate even more delays in resolving the issue, whatever it is.”
