Casey Valentine arrived around 9:30 am and used the auger to fix the clog…within seconds. I had tried a DIY FIX using vinegar, baking soda & hot water and let it sat overnight but that didn’t help. Casey was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. Hers & His has been dispatched to my home in the past for a couple of other repairs. Michael was her in Dec 2022. “I purchased a new water heater for installation through Hers & His Plumbing and heating in December of 22. By August of 23 the hot water was out. The wire from the hot water heater and the connection led from the house were burned and had tripped the breaker switch off. I had multiple people give opinion on what caused the this to happen, “power surge, faulty wiring, bad water heater” we never arrived at clear cause of the problem.
The most important thing for me is that the Service Manager, Jason of Hers & His Plumbing did exactly what he promised and got the water heater replaced ASAP. The service Tech Ron was at my home the next day after I had the relay switch installed and did a efficient, professional job. I would recommend Hers & His to anyone that needs plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. We/I generally write reviews when we get bad service, so I feel it’s important to write a review when I get GREAT!! service.”

They also showed up when they said they would and even though a multiday job never left me without water. They explained what they were going to do beforehand, so I felt very comfortable throughout the project.

Contacting the plumber via the warranty company was relatively easy and scheduling was good.
