“This was absolutely the best plumbing service call I’ve experienced. Nathan and Felix , my installers walked me through several phone calls, texts, and photos to let me know exactly what to expect. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. They even provided the brand new Insinkerator for my kitchen farmhouse sink. It included any additional pieces needed to bring my sink up to new working condition. They were skilled, knowledgeable, extremely clean and careful… and so very polite. I will definitely have them back and highly recommend them.”

He was kind and patient and listened to me about this terrible experience I’ve had with sewage backup. He did not make me feel stupid, like many professionals often do. He was expedient and precise and located the problem immediately, making the experience as pleasurable as possible.

“Kyle was the technician who repaired our water heater on 3/1/24. He was very friendly from the first time we first met him. He assessed the issue with the water heater and determined that the cause were the two heating elements. He took out the old ones out and showed them to me what it looked like. He then installed the new heating elements. Kyle is is very knowledgeable about the work he does and therefore I highly recommend Hers & His Plumbing.”
