“We had a leak and the guy showed up and asked to call Serclean to come and dry the wall before he could do anything! By the way, he still got paid for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NO TOOLS, AND DID NOT ASK TO TURN THE WATER ON SO HE COULD SEE WHERE THE LEAKS WERE COMING FROM. Anyways, he called his supervisor and he said, safety first that’s why Serclean must be called before he opens up the ceiling to see where the leaks came from.
We waited for almost 2 weeks for him to tell us he could not do anything to fix the leak!”
“Our problem was a sewer line blockage. Hers and His plumbing sent out Nathan to check things out. He was very professional and polite. He had to go on our roof to run a power snake through the line. We had no ground level clean out at that time. The drain would not clean good enough so Nathan had to locate the sewer pipe at the front of our house. Then he had to dig down to it and cut and install a ground level clean out. This then allowed him to locate the problem. He did a Great job with all the repairs and did a complete clean up. Thank you very much Hers and His Plumbing and Nathan for everything. Great work.”
