They also showed up when they said they would and even though a multiday job never left me without water. They explained what they were going to do beforehand, so I felt very comfortable throughout the project.

Contacting the plumber via the warranty company was relatively easy and scheduling was good.

“Our Plumbing Technician Tom for Hers & His Plumbing was very professional, knowledgeable, very experienced, and courteous. He removed the broken water heater and replaced it with a new one and the area was clean as could be when he finished. He did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. This is the second time we have had Hers & His Plumbing do repair work for us. My guest room toilet was leaking and creating a wet spot in the garage ceiling below. Hers & His was able to get a technician to my house next day to take care of the cracked pipe. Their technician was courteous, professional, and worked efficiently to get in and out. I appreciate them explaining the process and giving me peace of mind that I’m getting the best work possible.
