“They were sent out by my warranty company to fix a pipe leak. The first person who came out spent more time being gone than on the site. We were told the leak was fixed. Then noticed an issue with my sprinkler system so I called them back to send another tech to look at it. We found out that the leak was not fixed. Since it was so close to my sprinkler valve we thought that the first tech cut a wire. They sent a sprinkler guy out and found out that it was not due to there tech but something I did by cutting an old line in the back yard. I paid my share of sending the sprinkler guy out. I called back Hers and His to have someone to come and fix the leak issue and I was asked by the manager to pay what they paid to the sprinkler guy before they come out. When I said that If we did not have the sprinkler issue we would not have found out that his tech did not fix the original issue or when he was fixing it he created another leak and they need to fix it. I called my warranty company to have someone else to fix the leak and they won't as the new broken pipe that the Hers and His first tech created is now part of my sprinkler system. Also found out that the first tech fixed the first leak with a 3/4 " pipes instead the 1" pipe with so many connectors to go from the original size to the one he installed. The other company said that is the worst job they seen ever. Also found out that they told the warranty company that the pipe they alleged they fixed supplies the house and the sprinkler system so they can get paid knowing that the warranty policy does not cover sprinkler system leaks. Also had to pay $500 excavation fee just for a 4×4 foot hole. The leak still not fixed. I would never deal with this company again and maybe no one else should.”
