“Noticed a gushing stream of constant water coming from my water filtration system and noticed my home warranty company. Was referred to Hers and His. Following week a very nice tech came out and assessed but wasn’t too sure on the issue. Said he’d go back and do some research and I’d be notified. Fast forward 6 days later and only after multiple calls to the company I still didn’t have any type of invoice on an estimate or what the issue was. Customer service rep called the tech after my 5th time calling, but was told “it’s a weird issue, you should call whoever installed it”. Because of the lack of basic customer service to reach back to me for a simple “I’m not sure”, I’d highly not recommend this company. Extremely hard to deal with these folks.”
