“My hot water heater finally gave up the ghost after 33 years (yes, you read that right, the energy star paper was still on the side and showed manufacture date of 1992). We decided to go with a tankless heater and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Rob and Cody. Very professional and personable.”
“Clarens and Emilio were outstanding. They were on time and got right to work. They kept me informed on what was going on throughout the whole process. When they finished, they were exceptional, making sure everything was clean and in order. Their customer service was on point. I strongly recommend them for any job.”
“Chris the plumber was outstanding replace
The garbage disposal great personality and workmanship can’t say enough great things about him. Thank you for having a fantastic employee.”
“The folks were great! We live in Warner Robins, GA. This was warranty call off 2-10 Warranty Service. The technicians were on time, wore shoe covers, immediately found the problem and replaced the failed parts. They were done in about an hour, no mess and explained everything to my satisfaction. I may have this water heater replaced with a tankless propane unit in the near future and they will get my business!!”
“Charlie and Robert in West Palm Beach were fantastic. Timely, efficient, and good work. A+”
“While taking a shower I heard gurgling noise coming from the toilet and have always been told that this sound is indication of a clogged sewer. To get the jump on over flowing toilets my husband immediately called our warranty Co to set up a service repair. The Technician that was assigned showed showed up two hours late around 7:00 pm just before dark. Within an hour of him working outside to clear blockage our home was FLOODED with raw sewage. I mean FLOODED! and still didn’t clear the blockage. We later found out the Tech made a mistake causing around $9K in damages and we still had a clogged line. To make a long nightmare shorter The warranty Co totally had no regard for the situation we were put in and gas lighted us for weeks. i honestly didn’t think they had any intention of doing the repairs. After the 4th week I finally had enough and started seeking some higher ups to speak with and get answers before taking drastic measures. FINALLY we were sent a Technician by the name of DJ from Hers and His Plumbing on a Sunday. After hearing our story and viewing the video of my home flooded I sewage he reassured me that he was going to do everything he could to get the repairs done. For the 1st time during the month long nightmare of not being able to live in my home, missing days of work waiting for Techs that didn’t show up. Not to mention my carpet and drywall had to be cut out so I now had to have floors and walls replaced. DJ was so very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to get my repairs done. He did exactly what he stated he would do. He and TJ worked countless hours and did an outstanding job. Not only did they replace my sewer lines they also took pride in covering the huge area of my yard that had to be dug up and neatly made sure the ground was level and then repaired my irrigation lines that were damaged while repairing sewer lines. These guys worked so hard and so professional I can’t say enough about them other then if I EVER have a plumbing problem again I will personally request either one or both of these great guys. I honestly haven’t seen this type of professionalism or work ethics in ANY profession in a few years now. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were God sent and I can’t thank them enough. I certainly hope that Hers and His Plumbing realize what assets these guys truly are.”
“The technician showed up and sat infront of my home 15 minutes before coming to the door. He then proceeded to ask me if I knew where the breaker was, which I instructed him to. He screwed off a panel on the water heater, removed insulation and then set it back and said I needed a new one. No other diagnoses was done, the power was never shut off. I then get a report back with the estimate that even says that my water heater is leaking water and I need to come out of pocket for everything. After my coworker informed me, a quick YouTube search I learned to turn the breaker off, hit a reset button, turn the breaker back on and what do you know, it’s working. No leaks(never have been) and hot water is working again. I feel taken advantage of as I am a young female homeowner and this guy was clearly preying on that. If this is how business is done just to get more money out of clients I do not recommend them.”
“Peter was scheduled to repair a faulty toilet. He ended up replacing it. He was promoted and courteous, and the work was done faster than anticipated at a fair price. He cleaned up after completing the repair. We have used Hers & His Plumbing previously, and based on Peter's stellar service we will continue to do so.”
“First, I would like to acknowledge the work you completed was a job well done. I have no complaints with the workmanship.
My reason for emailing is to expose the 1) unauthorized work, 2) fraud, and 3) price gouging. We were under the understanding you submitted a second request to American Home Shield for the total replacement of the toilet. In actuality, you were only approved by American Home Shield to replace the flush seal. We were misled by your company.
Then, one of the workers does the work and replaces the entire toilet without approval from American Home Shield. Then fraudulently signs a contract. My husband nor I signed the contract. The wavy line signature on the invoice document does not belong to either one of us. We never agreed to pay $1022 for a toilet. That is unheard of.
This brings me to the price gouging. We know that toilet only costs about $200 dollars from Home Depot and the toilet connector is about $20 dollars. With the total cost of supplies and installation, the final cost should be around $350-$400. In either case, we would not pay as this should have been submitted to American Home Shield as an approved service.
We would have never agreed to pay for a common toilet at the invoice price. This is why the contract was never signed by the us the homeowner. We were under the understanding American Home Shield granted the approval of a full replacement. This is the reason we allowed the installation.
Know, this type of customer service is not acceptable as a way to treat valued customers. This must be rectified before it gets out of hand. I look forward to hearing from you in the by the end of the week with an acceptable solution. This matter has gone on far too long. Last week, we called 3 times to come to a resolution to no avail. Until we hear from you, we will reach out to the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General and social media and anyone else who would listen to our story.
I am sure as a respectable company this can be resolved in a timely manner. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. It matters and makes a difference.”
