He explained to me what the problem was with the water heater and what options I had to fix it. Ultimately, we decided to get a new water heater. He was able to install a new one quickly. “This was an AC company i had never heard of before, and the young man who came out was very helpful. He was very polite and allowed me to tell him what was going on. He had excellent listening skills, which I feel is very important. I was hesitant at first because I have had this issue before, and everyone was always trying to sell me something and now it seems they never fixed the issue. He explained to me what the findings were and what it would fix it. He told me it needed some good TLC, and after showing me the pictures of his findings, I understood and agreed to it. He fix the issue, stayed with me for a bit, and talked to me about his job and why he got into it. Before he left, he wanted to make sure that the AC was doing its Job. I praise him and his work. Was honest and clear. He asked me to do a review if I felt like he had done a 5-star service, I said I would give you 10. He left his card and asked me if I needed anything to give the company a call. Thank you.”
“The technician with Hers and His was so helpful. I didn’t know what a tankless water heater even was or that I needed one in my life. The tech explained the difference between regular water heater and a tank less one and it was a no brainer. I couldn’t be happier.
