“After calling a couple of other places that either didn’t call back or gave us outrageous quotes, Dennis was really great. He fixed the real problem and answered all of my questions. He even took time to show me how to do a couple of simple things to maintain the water heater better. They were prompt and very professional. I will ask for them again next time we need a plumber.”

“I contacted AHS about a back up in my shower and tub. Hers and His was assigned after I paid a $125 service call fee. The plumber arrived, crawled under the house and stated that I needed my septic pumped and left. I was not impressed with this lack of effort and called an independent plumber who came out and pulled my toilet and snaked the drain. 20 minutes later my water service and drainage was restored. I had to now pay him $225 for his service which should have been taken care of when Hers and His came out. Not impressed, wouldn’t recommend them.”

“First of all my experience with gentlemen I set the appointment up with was very knowledgeable. He gave me three estimates to go off of. When he set up the appointment, the installer arrived Kayden very impressive from the start off. Felt very comfortable with the installation and the knowledge of the installer and the quality of work he did, which was exceptional. You need to keep this worker there are very few workers in this area or around the United States that do this kind of work, I very much appreciate Kayden and the person who set up the appointment. I had no issues and he did the work all by himself. Keep up the good work and I will recommend this to many people. Thank you again.”
